Shipping to Canada & Australia:

Currently, we only offer shipping for selected products to Canada and Australia. Please check with us before placing an order to ensure availability. We appreciate your understanding.

Tax / VAT:

Please note that any applicable Tax / VAT is the buyer's responsibility, not Touheart's. These charges are imposed during customs clearance based on the shipping destination's regulations.


Standard Processing

  • Touheart primarily ships to addresses within the 49 contiguous states of the United States, with limited shipping options available to certain regions in Canada and Australia. International shipping beyond these areas is not available at this time.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO post office boxes or P.O. Box addresses.
  • Please note that orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed and shipped within 3-8 business days.
  • We also reserve the right to conduct a security review. If your order is affected, we will notify you within 30 days.

    Tracking Your Packages

    • Rest assured, we will provide you with one or more tracking numbers via the confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This enables you to easily track the progress and delivery status of your package.

      Canceling an Order

      • You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before it is processed at our center by emailing us.
